Jim Costanza

Mr. Jim Costanza is currently President and Managing Partner of Costanza Enterprises Inc. (CEI) a local real estate management and development firm. CEI made a major contribution to the residential renaissance in downtown Rochester by redeveloping the historic Temple Building into a state-of-the-art facility featuring upscale lofts and attractive office space.

In addition to CEI, Jim co-founded NYSYS Wireless. In 2000, the Temple Building was the site of Jim's pioneering Wi-Fi hot spot installation. The success of that effort convinced him that wireless technologies will dramatically improve the broadband marketplace by providing new services, a more competitive cost environment, and a faster, simpler approach to high-speed connectivity than traditional "hard-wired" solutions.

Jim is a 1985 graduate of St. Lawrence University. He serves on the executive committee of the Rochester Downtown Development Corporation (RDDC) and is a member of the Rochester Economic Development Corporation (REDCO). Jim is also the Chairman of the Investment Committee for Nazareth College.

Drew Costanza

Andrew serves as the Corporate Counsel / Vice President of Costanza Enterprises Inc. (CEI) a local real estate management and development firm. CEI made a major contribution to the residential renaissance in downtown Rochester by redeveloping the historic Temple Building into a state-of-the-art facility featuring upscale lofts and attractive office space.

Andrew received his Juris Doctor in 1986 from The Washington College of Law, American University. He is also a 1983 graduate of Hamilton College. He serves as Chairman of the Board for the Real Estate Management Trust of NY and holds an advisory board position with Canandaigua National Bank and Trust Company. He is a member of the Monroe County Bar Association, NYS Bar Association, and American Bar Association.

Steve Dubnik

Mr. Steve Dubnik is currently Chairman and CFO of Cincinnati Communications, a company he co-founded in 2010 that offers broadband services in Cincinnati, Ohio.  In addition, he is the CEO of NYSYS Wireless, offering wireless broadband solutions in Rochester, New York and also serves as Chairman of OnCell Systems, Inc.  Previously, Steve was co-CEO of Ariston Global, LLC, an enterprise he formed in 2006 to acquire, develop and manage companies that provide software products and services to communication service providers globally. Before founding Ariston Global, Steve had founded Choice One Communications, where under his leadership as Chairman, CEO and President, Choice One grew from an idea into a $350 million annual revenue enterprise providing integrated voice and data services to over 100,000 small and medium-sized businesses across 12 states.

Prior to founding Choice One in 1998, he served as the President and Chief Operating Officer of ACC Corp until it was acquired by AT&T in 1998. Before joining ACC in 1994, Steve served as President, Mid-Atlantic Region, of RCI Long Distance (now Frontier Corporation). For more than five years prior thereto, he held various senior positions with Rochester Telephone Corporation (also now a part of Frontier Corporation) in engineering, operations, information technology, and sales.

Steve is a Director for Veramark Technologies, Inc, a publicly traded company providing Telecom Expense Management solutions and serves on the Boards of Trustees for Nazareth College and for The Strong Museum in Rochester, New York.

Steve is a 1984 graduate of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology having earned a B.A. in mechanical engineering. Although engineering is his predominant background, Steve made a conscious decision to shift his career focus to business endeavors by enrolling in the Simon School of the University of Rochester where he received his MBA degree in 1989. He was awarded the Hugh Whitney Award for academic excellence in the Executive Development Program at the Simon School, awarded annually to the graduating student with the highest grade point average.

Mark McDermott

Mark McDermott is currently the President of Touching Hearts at Home in Rochester NY, which provides nonmedical companion care for seniors in their homes.

Born in 1960, Mark was raised in New Jersey and then attended Boston College, where he graduated in 1982 Magna Cum Laude with an AB in Political Science. Mark went on to earn a JD from the University of Buffalo Law School in 1985, after which he entered private law practice in Massachusetts until becoming in house Labor and Employment Counsel for Hills Department Stores. He left Hills to become Human Resources Director for athletic footwear manufacturer Converse Inc. in 1993.

In 1998 Mark joined Forbes Custom Products, a privately held manufacturer of custom presentation packaging based in Rush, New York, as VP of Administration and subsequently received responsibilities in operations and sales. He was appointed President of Forbes of in 2002.

Mark lives in the Rochester, NY area with his wife and 3 children. He is an active volunteer on the Board of the Volunteers of America of Western New York.
