Steve Dubnik - Chairman & CFO
Mr. Steve Dubnik is currently Chairman and CFO of Cincinnati Communications, a company he co-founded in 2010 that offers broadband services in Cincinnati, Ohio. In addition, he is the CEO of NYSYS Wireless, offering wireless broadband solutions in Rochester, New York and also serves as Chairman of OnCell Systems, Inc. Previously, Steve was co-CEO of Ariston Global, LLC, an enterprise he formed in 2006 to acquire, develop and manage companies that provide software products and services to communication service providers globally. Before founding Ariston Global, Steve had founded Choice One Communications, where under his leadership as Chairman, CEO and President, Choice One grew from an idea into a $350 million annual revenue enterprise providing integrated voice and data services to over 100,000 small and medium-sized businesses across 12 states. Prior to founding Choice One in 1998, he served as the President and Chief Operating Officer of ACC Corp until it was acquired by AT&T in 1998. Before joining ACC in 1994, Steve served as President, Mid-Atlantic Region, of RCI Long Distance (now Frontier Corporation). For more than five years prior thereto, he held various senior positions with Rochester Telephone Corporation (also now a part of Frontier Corporation) in engineering, operations, information technology, and sales. Steve is a Director for Veramark Technologies, Inc, a publicly traded company providing Telecom Expense Management solutions and serves on the Boards of Trustees for Nazareth College and for The Strong Museum in Rochester, New York. Steve is a 1984 graduate of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology having earned a B.A. in mechanical engineering. Although engineering is his predominant background, Steve made a conscious decision to shift his career focus to business endeavors by enrolling in the Simon School of the University of Rochester where he received his MBA degree in 1989. He was awarded the Hugh Whitney Award for academic excellence in the Executive Development Program at the Simon School, awarded annually to the graduating student with the highest grade point average.
Thomas Dunne - CEO & President
Thomas Dunne is the founder of OnCell Systems and has served as Chief Executive Officer and President since OnCell's inception on November 4, 2006. Prior to OnCell Systems, he founded VoicePort, LLC, a speech applications development company. While with VoicePort the company grew by over 250% each year for four years. He also founded a telecommunications company called Group Long Distance of N Fl. Inc. While there he managed the company through four years of rapid 200% per year growth. Thomas has had extensive previous selling experience working at Great American Opportunity, The Sutherland Group, and The Southwestern Company. He earned his A.S. from the University of Florida and a B.S. in Economics from the University of North Florida.
Kevin Dooley - VP Market Development
Kevin Dooley is in charge of identifying and leveraging sales and marketing opportunities and developing account support processes at OnCell Systems. He previously worked at Global Crossing and Frontier Communications where he led teams in marketing, product management and development. Kevin brings several years of experience with VoIP and telecom solutions to the OnCell team. Kevin obtained his M.B.A. degree at RIT and his B.S. in Marketing from SUNY Brockport. Sales
