Client Testimonials

"For me, buyers remorse doesn’t come from sticker shock when purchasing a product or service, but from poor service following that purchase. I have no buyers remorse with OnCell. The people at OnCell are top notch. My experience with my Territory Manager and my Client Account Manager (CAM) has exceeded all expectations I may have had. My Territory Manager’s professionalism and knowledge is why I chose OnCell’s service, and my CAM has certainly made life easy while learning the program. Any questions I have had, she has been there with promptness and professionalism. She has literally held my hand through the entire process. I actually feel like I’m part of the family at OnCell.

The product is user friendly and very intuitive while setting up the tour stops. I am very pleased with the company’s proactive outlook for the future development of new and innovative features that will address individual client needs.

I have had the privilege to produce an audio tour for one of my own clients. They did not use OnCell and after producing a very nice audio track with music bed and sound effects, they had me drop everything but the narration because it wasn’t sounding clear by the time it got to the user. I used the same audio mix with OnCell's system and it sounded great. So as far as I’m concerned, OnCell has it hands down over other companies providing cell phone tour services."

"OnCell has proven to be a valuable addition to Michigan’s Own Museum by allowing the museum to retain its founding curator’s VOICE and PERSONALITY during actual tours at the museum and virtual tours on our website. Customers use their personal cell phones; therefore, the museum does NOT have to track or clean equipment, and installation is very user-friendly with OnCell support only a phone call away. Bottom Line – OnCell is a financial and personnel PANACEA for non-profit organizations."

Michigan’s Own Military & Space Museum

"The cell phone tour enables Assateague's staff to provide an interpretive service for the visitor on the schedule the visitor chooses, a challenging task even when our parks are fully staffed. The cell tour enables us to use technology to expand our operations without making the technology itself the focus of the visitor experience."

"With so many cell phone users it does not surprise me how many people call the OnCell service. We are delighted with how easy the service is to use and thrilled by the great response to it from our patrons."

"We have had a great experience with OnCell.  From the very beginning, the people were easy to work with and dedicated to the success of our project.  The OnCell product was very intuitive so we did not need much technical support and were able to get operational very quickly. We have found the statistics provided by OnCell to be more beneficial than we had imagined.  We were able to see which stops were most popular and that helped us make decisions on new content.  We also think the statistics will help us in grant applications since they always want to see some evidence that the park is used and appreciated."

"The system is extremely easy to use and I have found that visitors truly appreciate the added audio interpretation."

"OnCell made creating our 'Tropical Holiday Adventure' hotline a breeze. Recording and posting the audio stops was simple. OnCell's user-friendly interface helped me track all of the calls and produce daily, weekly or monthly audio tour reports in a matter of seconds. Best of all, our visitors really enjoyed the added experience of hearing our experts giving them some extra information about the wonderful animals and galleries at the Tennessee Aquarium."

"Several of our historic sites are working with OnCell to provide visitors with audio tours, and I'm involved with a couple of those projects. OnCell's customer service staff have been very responsive and helpful, and the computer interface for the tours is amazingly easy to learn. The user statistics give us a picture of visitors that we can't get any other way and are one of the greatest values of this service to us."

"The OnCell tour has provided a unique avenue for our visitors to enjoy our indoor art collection and outdoor sculpture trail without having to read bulky signs that detract from the beauty of the artwork and the outdoors. The messaging is easy to record and change, and we are able to offer a variety of information in just a few short sentences. We are very pleased with the results of the audio tour, and plan on using the OnCell system in our new 30,000 square foot expansion."

"In May 2010, VINS partnered with OnCell to offer the “Human Nature” cell phone audio tour. Focused on specific ways that our visitors can and do make an impact on the wild-places and wild-things, our fourteen stops allowed us to offer detailed interpretation to locations where it would be impractical to station a staff member. In the five month busy-season when we offered our tour, VINS received more than 1,400 calls from over 1,000 unique callers, representing 46 of the 50 states. A grand total of more than 51 hours of recorded interpretation was provided. The administrative interface is extremely user-friendly, as is OnCell's staff. The built-in metrics and ability to export full reports make analyzing tour data a simple task. VINS looks forward to working with OnCell in future seasons and is very grateful for the services provided."

On Maine Wildlife Park's Cell Phone Tour:

"My kids loved the park when they were small but I wasn't sure now that they're older if they would like it as much. However, the cell phone audio tour was totally up their alley to get more of the story behind the story on some of the animals and why they were at the park. The park definitely has a lot of appeal to older kids who like animals."

On Connecticut's Town of Simsbury Hopmeadow Cell Phone Walking Tour:

"I did a partial tour last Sunday while working downtown helping Boy Scout Troop 174 sell Christmas trees. This tour is excellent and a very creative way to get information to people visiting our town and it is a great use of technology. Congratulations and thank you to all involved for this great Town feature!"
