"For a long, long time, long after I'm gone, I'm sure people will be listening to the same tapes. And that's a wonderful legacy, I think." Penny Balkin Bach of the Fairmount Park Art Association (right) is executive producer of the tour: "It's basically a walking program, from the 'Love' sculpture in Love Park all the way down to the John B.
