GeoPoint Systems, Inc., the leading provider of on-demand, location-based multimedia content to cell phones and other mobile devices, announced today that an agreement has been reached with the George Eastman House International Museum of Photography and Film, located in Rochester, New York. Through their OnCell Audio service GeoPoint will provide cell phone audio tour service to the 58-year-old Eastman House. The Eastman House is one of the world’s oldest photography museums and film archives. It lists as one of its missions the goal to "build information resources to provide the means for both scholarly research and recreational inquiry;" OnCell Audio service will help to support this mission.

The two companies have worked together to build an 18-stop tour inside the historic George Eastman mansion. "We are truly excited at GeoPoint Systems to work with such a prestigious national landmark," said Thomas Dunne, GeoPoint Systems President and CEO. "This is a perfect arrangement for both organizations." George Eastman House visitors will receive a brochure with a local phone number to dial into and tour stops will be identified where content can be retrieved. The audio tour, which visitors take using their own mobile device, is being offered by the Eastman House at no additional cost to guests.
