GeoPoint Systems, Inc., a leading provider of on-demand, location-based multimedia content to cell phones and other mobile devices, announced today that an agreement has been reached with the National Soccer Hall of Fame, located in Oneonta, New York. Through their OnCell Audio service, GeoPoint will provide cell phone audio tour service to the National Soccer Museum’s 40,000 square foot, state-of-the-art facility. The Hall of Fame is home to the nation’s soccer archives, which, with more than 100,000 items, comprises one of the largest collections of soccer artifacts and records in the world. The Hall of Fame will induct Mia Hamm and Julie Foudy into the Hall this summer.

The two companies will partner on a 35-40 stop tour scheduled to release in June. The cell phone tour will be available in English and Spanish. "GeoPoint is very excited to partner with such a great entity dedicated to supporting the fastest growing sport in America", said Thomas Dunne, GeoPoint Systems President and CEO. "The opportunity to share the history of the sport is an ideal application of our OnCell Audio service." Soccer Hall of Fame Visitors will receive a brochure with a local phone number to dial into and tour stops will be identified where content can be retrieved.
