GeoPoint Systems, Inc., a leading provider of on-demand, location-based multimedia content to cell phones and other mobile devices, announced today that the company has named Robert O. Bailey as CTO. Previously, he was the Chief Technology Officer for Current Communications a provider of infrastructure and services for the broadband over power line industry. Prior to joining Current Communications, Mr. Bailey was a Senior Vice President at Choice One Communications, a CLEC providing integrated voice, data and internet services.

Mr. Bailey is a wireless telecommunications professional with several years of experience with Western New York’s cellular network.
