GeoPoint Systems, Inc. today announced that Kevin M. Dooley has been named the company's Vice President of Market Development. Dooley is a marketing and product management executive with more than 10 years of experience in telecommunications. Most recently, he was President / founder of Fast-Start Marketing, an agency focused on go-to-market strategies for small businesses.

Dooley, a native of Saratoga Springs, NY holds an MBA in Finance and a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from the State University of New York at Brockport.
